Warranty and claims

Wheels sold here carry the Yokohama manufacturer warranty that comes with them. We handle the claim on your behalf.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including failed stitching, delaminating wood and cracked spokes.
  • Finish defects such as lifting lacquer or blistering anodising within the manufacturer period.
  • Transit damage reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

What is not covered

  • Wear from normal use, sun bleaching, and damage from solvents or silicone dressings.
  • Damage from incorrect installation, the wrong hardware, or over tightened lug nuts.
  • Wheels re-drilled, re-covered, engraved or refinished after purchase.
  • Leather that has softened and darkened with use, which is the material behaving as intended.

Making a claim

Email your order number, photographs of the fault and the mileage since fitting. We submit the claim to the manufacturer and keep you updated until it is settled.
