Advan RG-D2 Wheels at a glance

This collection holds 228 rg-d2 wheels listings, each one a single wheel with its own diameter, width, offset and bolt pattern. Prices in this collection run from $393 to $730 per wheel, and every listing shows the set of four price beside it. Searches such as advan rgd2, advan wheels rgd2, advan rg-d2, advan rg wheels all land here, and they all describe the same thing: a genuine Yokohama Advan wheel bought from stock rather than ordered blind from a catalogue.

Nothing on this page is a replica. Every part number is checked against the box before it ships, and the stock figure you see is the warehouse figure rather than a supplier promise. If a wheel is out of stock we say so instead of taking the money and hoping.

The fastest way to use this page is to filter rather than scroll. Pick the diameter first, then the width, then the bolt pattern, and the list drops from hundreds of wheels to the handful that can physically bolt to your car.

Sizes and fitments stocked in this collection

Diameters in this collection cover 15, 16, 17 and 18 inches, and widths run across 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7 and 7.5 inches. Offsets range from -10 to 62, which is a wide enough spread to suit a stock suspension car and an aggressively lowered one from the same listing page.

Bolt patterns available here are 4x100, 4x98, 5x100, 5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120, 6x139 and 6x139.7. That number is absolute: it either matches your hub or it does not, and no amount of torque will make a near miss safe. Check it on the car rather than from memory, because facelift models of the same nameplate sometimes change pattern.

Width is the number that most often gets people into trouble. A wheel an inch wider than stock needs the arch clearance, the tyre to match and usually a rethink of the offset at the same time. If you are unsure, send us the car and what you want from it and we will give you a specification rather than a shrug.

Choosing the right offset for your car

Offset is the distance between the mounting face and the centreline of the wheel. A high positive offset tucks the wheel in towards the strut; a low or negative offset pushes it out towards the arch. It is the single number that decides whether a set looks right on your car, and it is also the number that decides whether the tyre touches the liner over a speed bump.

On a road car that has not been lowered, staying close to the factory offset keeps the suspension geometry as the manufacturer intended and keeps the wheel bearing loaded correctly. Moving twenty millimetres away from stock is usually livable. Moving forty millimetres changes the scrub radius enough to be felt in the steering, and on some cars it will chew through bearings.

Where an aggressive fitment is the whole point, plan for the consequences: camber to clear the arch lip, a tyre profile that fills the gap rather than exaggerating it, and a check at full lock with the car loaded. We would rather talk you out of a fitment that will rub than sell it and argue later.

Forged and flow formed construction explained

Advan builds wheels two ways. A forged wheel starts as a solid billet pressed under huge load, so the grain of the aluminium follows the shape of the spoke. A flow formed wheel has a cast centre with a barrel that is spun and rolled under pressure while hot, compacting the metal exactly where the load is carried.

Forged wheels are lighter for the same strength, and lower unsprung weight is felt in ride quality and in how quickly the suspension reacts to a bad surface. Flow formed wheels sit close behind and cost meaningfully less, which is why they make up most of the sets we ship. Neither is fragile; both are built to tyre industry load ratings rather than to a styling brief.

If the car sees track days, the weight saving of a forged set pays back in brake temperatures and tyre wear. If it is a road car that occasionally gets driven hard, a flow formed set is the sensible purchase and the money saved is better spent on tyres.

Finishes, colours and how they age

Finishes stocked here cover Black, Blue, Bronze, Gold, Grey and White. Colour on a wheel behaves differently to colour on a body panel: it sits inside the arch in shadow, it is broken up by spokes, and it is seen against the brake caliper more often than against the paint.

Bronze and gold have become the default on Japanese performance cars for a reason — they lift a dark car without shouting and they hide brake dust better than silver. Black finishes make a large wheel look smaller and a brake caliper look bigger. White is the hardest to keep clean and the most striking when it is.

Whatever the colour, the care is the same. Rinse the brake dust off before it bakes into the clear coat, use a pH neutral cleaner rather than an acidic one, and keep wheel weights on the inside face where they cannot mark the lip. Done properly, a finish outlasts several sets of tyres.

Tyres, load ratings and living with the set

A wheel is only half the decision. The tyre sets the sidewall height, the ride quality and the real contact patch, and a fashionable stretch fit gives away more grip than most people expect. Fit the section width the wheel was designed around and the car will steer the way it was meant to.

Load rating matters more than it used to. Heavier cars, hybrids and anything carrying batteries put real load through each corner, and a wheel rated for a light coupe is not automatically right for a two tonne saloon. Every wheel here carries a rating, and we check it against the car you tell us about.

Hub centric rings are cheap, essential and forgotten constantly. Where the wheel bore is larger than the hub spigot, the rings carry the weight off the studs. Without them you get a vibration at motorway speed that no amount of rebalancing will cure.

Buying one wheel or a set of four

Every listing on this page shows two prices: the price for one wheel and the price for a set of four. The set price is lower per wheel, and it is the one most customers use. Buying singles makes sense when you have kerbed one corner of an existing set, or when you are building a staggered fitment from two different specifications.

If you are replacing a damaged wheel, order the exact same specification rather than the nearest one. A different offset on one corner is felt in the steering long before anybody notices it from outside the car. Send us the part number from the back of the old wheel and we will match it.

Staggered sets are welcome. Tell us the front and rear specifications together and we ship them as one consignment, checked as a pair, so the set arrives on the same day and in the same finish batch wherever the warehouse allows it.

How ordering and delivery works

Add the wheels to the cart, choose your delivery speed at checkout and place the order. We confirm the fitment by email before taking payment, which means an order with a specification problem gets caught before money changes hands rather than after the wheels are in transit.

Payment is handled manually by Chime, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Bitcoin or USDT. We send the details when the order is confirmed; no card data is ever entered on this site. Once payment clears the wheels are packed, photographed if you ask, and dispatched with tracking.

Wheels ship in the manufacturer boxes inside outer cartons so the lips are protected. If a courier damages a box in transit, photograph it before you sign and we will deal with the claim rather than leaving it with you.

Fitment help from a person, not a lookup table

Online fitment tools are guesses dressed up as certainty. They do not know that your car has a big brake kit, that the arch was rolled two years ago, or that the previous owner fitted spacers. We would rather read four lines of email from you than trust a database.

Send the year, make, model and trim, the wheel and tyre size on the car now, anything changed in the suspension or brakes, and what you want to be different. We come back with a specification we are prepared to stand behind, including the tyre size that suits it.

That check happens on every order, not just the ones where somebody asks. It is the reason we ship fewer wrong wheels than a marketplace listing does, and it costs nothing.

Why buyers search for advan rgd2

The terms people type tell you what they actually want. advan rgd2, advan wheels rgd2, advan rg-d2, advan rg wheels, rg advan are all searches that end on a page like this one, and behind each of them is somebody who has already decided on the brand and now needs the right size.

Advan is the performance arm of Yokohama, and the wheel range grew out of the tyre business rather than out of styling studios. That heritage is why the sizes make sense against real tyre sections, why weights are published honestly, and why the finish range stays narrow enough that the colours still mean something.

If you have arrived here from one of those searches and you still are not sure, use the filters at the top of this page to narrow by diameter and bolt pattern, then email us the two or three wheels you are torn between. We will tell you which one fits your car best, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

Frequently asked questions

Are these genuine Yokohama Advan wheels?

Yes. Every wheel is a genuine Advan part, checked against its part number before it ships. We do not stock replicas.

Is the price per wheel or for a set of four?

Both prices are shown on every listing. The headline price is per wheel and the set of four price sits beside it, lower per wheel.

Do the wheels come with lug nuts or tyres?

No. Wheels ship with the centre cap in the manufacturer box. Lug nuts are car specific and tyres are quoted separately, so ask and we will advise.

How do I know the wheel will fit my car?

Send the year, make, model, current wheel and tyre size and any suspension or brake changes. A person checks the fitment before your order ships.

Can I order a staggered set with different front and rear sizes?

Yes. Tell us both specifications and we ship them together as one consignment, checked as a pair.

How do I pay?

Chime, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Bitcoin or USDT. We email the details once the order is confirmed; no card data is entered on this site.
